Easy Salsa made with garden fresh tomatoes and my Salsa Mix.
In a blender, food processor, or mash with a fork 1 package Salsa Mix, 2/3 +/- cup hot water, 1- 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes or fresh diced tomatoes, blend for a few seconds and serve.
Optional: Add additional hot peppers and/or onions
Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
